Today, we are crocheting this bohemian evil eyeball keychain with a step-by-step tutorial + a written pattern as well. This will be an amigurumi evil eye decorated with the shell stitch edging and a big tassel with a wooden spacer bead used as a tassel cap. This is the only crochet Halloween bag charm adults need to gift themselves.

Pattern to Crochet Boho Eyeball Charm for Beginners
This project is to make a keychain that looks like a blue eye. You make two flat circles with four colors. You use black, light blue, white, and dark blue yarn. You put the circles together and put soft stuffing inside.
You make a wavy edge around the eye. You make a bunch of strings called a tassel for the bottom. You use wooden beads and a metal ring for keys. It is a small and pretty charm.
Materials List
Yarn (Acrylic or Cotton): Black, Light Blue, White, and Dark Blue.
Crochet Hook: 2.5 mm or 3.0 mm.
Stuffing: Fiberfill or cotton.
Beads: 2 Wooden spacer beads with large holes.
Hardware: 1 Keychain ring.
Tools: Scissors, yarn needle, and a 7cm piece of cardboard.

Crochet Pattern Instructions
The Eye Circles (Make 2)
Round 1 (Black): Start with an MR. Ch 2. Work 12 HDC into the ring. Slst to the first HDC to join. Ch 1 and cut yarn.
Round 2 (Light Blue): Join light blue yarn to any st. Ch 2. Work 2 HDC in every st around (24 sts). Slst to join. Ch 1 and cut yarn.
Round 3 (White): Join white yarn to any st. Ch 2. Work 2 HDC in the next st, 1 HDC in the following st. Repeat from * around (36 sts). Slst to join. Ch 1 and cut yarn.
Round 4 (Dark Blue): Join dark blue yarn to any st. Ch 2. Work 2 HDC in the next st, 1 HDC in the next 2 sts. Repeat from * around (48 sts). Slst to join. Ch 1. (Do not cut yarn on the second circle).
Joining and Scalloped Border
Place the two circles back-to-back (wrong sides touching).
Continuing with the dark blue yarn from the second circle, work through both layers to join them.
Border Pattern: In the next st, work 4 DC. Skip 1 st. Slst in the next st.
Repeat this pattern around the edge.
Stop when there is a small opening left. Push fiberfill stuffing inside to make the eye puffy.
Finish the border pattern until the circle is closed. Slst to join.
Top Hanging Loop
Without cutting the yarn from the border, Ch 60.
Slst back into the base of the border to create a long loop.
Fasten off and leave a tail to secure.
Slide a wooden bead onto the Ch 60 loop.
Attach the keychain ring to the top of the loop.
Tassel
Take the 7cm cardboard. Wrap dark blue yarn around it about 25–30 times.
Slide a separate piece of yarn under the wraps at the top and tie a very tight double knot.
Cut the yarn wraps at the bottom of the cardboard.
Wrap another piece of yarn around the “neck” of the tassel (about 1cm from the top knot) to create a head. Secure the ends inside the tassel.
Trim the bottom of the tassel so it is straight.
Use the top tie-strings of the tassel to string on the second wooden bead.
Tie the tassel strings securely to the bottom center of the eye border. Hide all yarn ends inside the eye.
