Crochet No-Sew Mini Squid Plushies Tutorial

This tutorial teaches how to crochet a small, no-sew squid. You start the head with a magic ring and increase stitches to shape it. Next, you form the pointy head parts by crocheting the sides together.

You then crochet the body in rounds, decrease stitches to narrow the bottom, and add safety eyes. Finally, you make eight curly tentacles directly on the body using chains, single crochets, and increases.

You close the bottom hole with a needle. The entire squid is made in one piece, so no sewing is needed to attach separate body parts.

Difficulty Level

Beginner. The difficulty is beginner-friendly because it is simple; it uses basic stitches, works in continuous rounds, and requires no sewing to attach different body parts together.
