There are practically countless variations of crochet flower bag charms, whether in terms of flower type or style. But today, let me show you some of the most elegant and my favorite crochet flower bag charms with step-by-step video instructions.

I have chosen two versions of the sunflower and one for Lily of the Valley, the tulip, and the Sakura.

These are small and so can be crocheted in no time. You will also find out how to crochet a hanging string and leaves for them. So, celebrate the spring with these hangings.

Crochet A Bell Flower Charm

This is a beautiful flower hanging featuring two pairs of Lily of the Valley flowers, a pair of crochet leaves, and a crochet string loop. You will want to use the puff stitch for the bottom and the shell stitch for the top petals.

The arrangement should be as follows: arrange the bell flowers top down, zig-zag sideways. While purple looks elegant, you can also try the bell flower in dull white, pink, and wine. You can also follow the tulip pattern to add in a flower coaster like bouquet coaster.

Crochet A Tulip Keychain Charm

Safety beads and embroidery blush have turned these miniature crochet tulips from beautiful to cute. Crochet a pair in pink and yellow or any other color of tulip, like red and purple.

The on-screen instructions in the tutorial use the chart symbols like x for single crochet, along with English abbreviations.

So, all of you can follow along. As it turns out, the pattern is basic. With that said, you have to crochet a tube and sew the top for a tulip bloom finish.

Similarly, the leaves will be basic crochet ovals. The same can be said for the stem. Crochet them as keychains this spring for sure.

Crochet A Sunflower Keychain Charm with Leaves

This sunflower charm has two crochet leaves hung from a crochet cord, a 5-layer sunflower motif, and lace ribbon. The cord will extend to the top as a loop so you can attach it to your tote bag.

That will also be a hit for wedding decoration as a curtain holder and wall hangings, if you can at least make a pair. The back of sunflowers actually have sepal part, so you need stuffing, too.

Crochet Easy Sunflowers

Crochet a 9-petal 3D sunflower without the stem or leaf, with this pattern. This is a general-purpose crochet sunflower that can be further customized for a potted sunflower amigurumi.

A simple use is to attach a keyring and make it your spring Bag charm. The diameter is about 7cm.

You won’t need any sewing to crochet this flower. The muted yellow and brown look so calming, and I would recommend choosing the same.

Crochet Sakura Flower Charms

Images by: DươngLiễuHandmade / youtube.com

Let’s crochet this beautiful custom flower with a leaf that uses the mini Sakura flower as a base. That’s why it is a 5-petal flower charm finished with two more layers of ruffled petals.

To crochet these inner petals, you have to work in the Back and Front loops of the stitches. Couple baby pink with the hot pink or light purple with the dark purple. It is quick and easy to crochet.

Crochet A Custom Flower Bag Charm

To me, this is the most well-designed and elegant crocheted custom flower. With five overlapping petals, the blush on the petals, pink edging, and the yellow centre, it seems to be inspired by the Sakura.

However, you can also crochet a blue version with a small leaf and a hanging loop. The crab stitch edging makes it look awesome and a little 3D. Such a look can’t be acheived other way. Will you crochet it?

Crochet A Sunflower Bag Charm (Version 3)

With the two layers of petals, puff stitch, hanging stitch, and small sunflower applique, this version of the sunflower charm is truly unmatched. If you are a beginner, I recommend staying with the first two versions.

This can also be turned into a small sunflower pcoin purse. Even as a bag charm, it is kind of overly detailed (in a positive way). So, you will love crocheting it.
