Crochet Bow Handbag Pattern
Crochet this elegant 21 cm by 14 cm handbag using a 5 x 18 cm leather oval base and a beautiful tulle ribbon for any formal occasion. You can also replace the ribbon with any 4mm T-shirt yarn, as you may find it difficult to work with.
This bag is crocheted in the holes of the leather base. It has a repeat pattern of normal single crochet for two rounds and Long SC, which is done by inserting the hook back down to the first row.
This creates a mesh basketweave pattern throughout. You can make it even more suitable for special occasions with a pearl crossbody strap (100–110 cm) attached through a magnetic clasp. However, there are already short, hand-crocheted straps. Be sure to end it with a tulle bow!

This is a mini “bling” backpack-shaped crossbody bag crocheted using 1mm silver fiber yarn. The bag has a 110cm metal ball chain attached to the folded sides of the bag. You can also add a custom hand-grip handle by stringing 10 large pearls in a coated wire.
Then secure it to the top of the flap. This has a pretty lustorous amd quality finish which you can definitely have in your remake easily.
It also has a beautiful texture of alternating half-double crochet and slip stitch. You can definitely try with the cotton yarn and have a beautiful mini backpack that also functions as a shoulder bag. Also, keep in mind to use high-quality silver fiber yarn with easy care so the coating doesn’t shed, especially when you try to wash.

Again, using a leather base, let’s make a shimmering moon handbag with this pattern. It is made from pink metallic blend yarn of 1mm thickness, 3mm yarn, and a 5cm by 18 cm leather base. This bag has a solid shell stitch texture all around with the moon top, and also a pearl bow and handle.
This bag is in my FAV list and a must-have option for a wedding ceremony or any formal party. You can also crochet an I-cord handle for this, or use a usual metal chain. However, it would look way cooler with the same setup for the handle.

Let’s crochet a bear face crossbody bag with a beautiful texture of granny stitch, following this pattern. You will want to crochet ears, a safety nose, and eyes over a normal crossbody bag that has a magnetic closure.
The top part is crocheted using the solid stitch, so it makes a NICE amigurumi look without affecting the functionality of the bag.
It has a Romanion cord handle, so you can make it as long as you wish. If you don’t find the paper yarn, just crochet it with any T-shirt yarn. Also requires 2 cm round metal rings and felt for the nose. Kids will, in particular, love this crochet bag!
Crochet Summer Snail Handbag
Summer is here, so for carrying to the beach, crochet this crochet shoulder bag in seashell shape with a starfish bag charm. It has a beautiful ribbing all around and a SIMPLE half-icord crochet bag strap. You can use it as a shoulder bag, and since it is pretty safe a MUCH stuff inside.
Crochet it using the T-shirt yarn for a strong bag, so you don’t feel the need for a beach tote bag.
You can attach the strap using the 28mm round metal rings, so you can change it later on to some trendy one if you wish. Approx. A 100cm long cord would work fine!
